Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These terms apply to the Plainsight Partners Portal (app.plainsightpartners.ai), run by Plainsight Partners, Sam Cordes, based in Coffs Harbour, New South Wales, Australia ("we", "us"). By signing in you agree to them. Contact: hello@plainsightpartners.ai.

1. What the portal is

A guided way for a founder or a business to go from a real problem to a launched, measured product or service, with the customer's journey at the centre, AI doing the heavy lifting under human approval, and every decision and lesson recorded so it can be reused. It follows ten stages:

Foundations: roles, agreements, goals, and cost and time tracking.

Find the problem: pain point research, an evidence library and an opportunity pipeline.

Map the journey: customer journeys, personas, activation and FAQ planning.

Position and name: positioning, name checks, and pricing against unit cost.

Requirements: traceable requirements, exclusions and permissions, platform limits.

Build and set up: build tracking, set-up records, and product sourcing with suppliers.

Test: test scripts, a security baseline, and checks of goods received.

Launch: launch plans, capped soft launches and launch gates.

Measure and iterate: content creation and publishing to the venture's own social media accounts, analytics, and stock and reorder tracking.

Retain, learn, document: retention plans, lessons and reusable templates.

Alongside these: ventures, a decision log, costs and time, AI controls, grants, and privacy and consent records.

2. Accounts and access

The portal is for Plainsight Partners and the businesses it works with. Signing in needs a one-time code sent to an approved email address; there are no passwords and no public sign-up.

Each person signs in as themselves; please don't share access.

You are responsible for the information you add, and for having the right to add it (for example consent from anyone whose interview, transcript or details you upload).

3. AI output and approvals

Research findings, journey drafts, requirements, figures, names and suggested content are produced with AI and can be wrong. They are labelled as such and must be checked by a person before being relied on. Nothing is published, sent or paid for without a person approving it. AI suggestions are not legal, financial, tax or professional advice.

4. Connected accounts and platforms

A venture can connect accounts it owns or manages, such as its Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts, only with the permissions shown on each platform's own sign-in screen. For TikTok these are the account's basic profile and permission to publish videos. Other people's accounts are never connected, and other people's profiles and private messages are not read. A connection can be removed at any time, in the portal or in the platform's settings (see the Privacy Policy).

Everything published also follows each platform's own terms and community guidelines, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and Meta's terms. Music used in videos must be licensed for that use.

5. Ownership

Each venture owns the information and content it adds and creates in the portal, and can ask for a copy.

The portal itself, its method, templates and design belong to Plainsight Partners. Please don't copy or resell them without asking.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the portal to break the law or a platform's rules, to publish misleading claims, to collect people's information without a right to, or to try to get into parts of the portal or other ventures' information you haven't been given access to.

7. General

The portal is provided as is and may change, pause or stop; we will try to give notice of changes that matter.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the portal, its AI output or content published through it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
